The Challenge
Dhonmoo Construction was managing daily operations across multiple disconnected tools — spreadsheets for assets, separate systems for project tracking, manual processes for finance and HR. As the company scaled, this fragmentation led to data silos, duplicated effort, and difficulty producing reliable reports for audits and decision-making.
Our Approach
We designed a dashboard-first interface that gives operators immediate visibility into active projects, asset utilisation, and financial health. The navigation architecture organises complexity into logical modules — Projects, Assets, Materials, Finance, Reports, and HR — each accessible from a persistent sidebar. We introduced barcode-enabled asset scanning for real-time check-in/check-out tracking, and built a comprehensive reporting layer that allows easy data extrapolation for filing, audits, and executive summaries.
The Result
A cohesive office management system with a clean dark-themed interface that centralises Dhonmoo's operations into one platform. The barcode asset scanner eliminates manual tracking errors, the modular dashboard gives leadership at-a-glance oversight, and the reporting system enables one-click data exports for audits — replacing what previously took days of manual compilation.
